The room, a "suite," was large with an area near the door with a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker (none of which we used). The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was adequate and the woman who was tending to things was very good at keeping it stocked and was friendly. The other staff was nice as well. The exercise room had a recumbent bike, a Peloton and a treadmill and they all worked. There were weights and another guest noted there was no bench for using with the weights. All in all, it was a good place to stay at a reasonable price.

Friendliest hotel in some time. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. We stayed a third night because of a winter storm and they gave us a good rate. The sweet breakfast lady made sure the free hot breakfast was tidy and well stocked. Room was extra large with fridge and microwave.

Really enjoyed staying here. The staff is excellent and the rooms are very nice. The hotel is very conveniently located on Route 20 and Lenox and Pittsfield are nearby. The pool area is nice and they have an included breakfast and WiFi.

The rooms were more than suitable for the price, and the front desk clerks were very polite no matter what time of day...or night. The customer service was excellent. If in the area we would stay there again.

Reasonably clean, somewhat out of date basic hotel. Would have reached my minimum acceptable level of comfort except that the mattress desperately needs replacing. None of the staff would make eye contact — apparently the beatings will continue until morale improves. $400 for this was an incredible ripoff, but we really needed a place to stay and had no choice.

Nice Hampton Inn at a great location. Only thing missing was a microwave in the room, although it had a fridge. Bathroom could use an upgrade. Large selection of breakfast items. Staff was very nice.
